Professional Estimating Services is committed to making professionalestimatingservices.com accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
2. What We Do
- use real headings, lists, tables and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page;
- write text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images;
- keep color contrast high and never use color as the only way to show information;
- make menus, accordions, forms and buttons usable with a keyboard and visible focus;
- respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device for animations;
- label every form field and show errors in text; and
- design pages to reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged to 200%.
3. Known Limitations
Some older PDF downloads, embedded third-party content (such as maps, review widgets or plan-room links) and scanned drawings may not be fully accessible. If you need any content in another format, contact us and we will provide it, for example as an accessible PDF, plain text or by phone.
4. Accessible Deliverables
On request we can deliver estimates and reports in formats that work better with assistive technology, such as tagged PDFs or simplified Excel workbooks.
5. Feedback and Help

6. Ongoing Review
We test the site with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks when we add new pages or features, and we review this statement at least once a year.
