At PES you work as a trade-focused estimator on real bids for contractors, developers and owners nationwide. You use industry software, follow one written standard, and every estimate you prepare is reviewed by a senior estimator, so you keep learning on every project.
Estimating at a dedicated estimating company is different from estimating inside a contractor. You see more projects, more trades and more markets in a year than most in-house estimators see in five. The work is deadline-driven — bids close on fixed dates — so we plan workloads carefully and assign projects by trade so you can build depth.
